Delete your ForLife account

Same deletion as Profile → Delete account in the app. Immediate and irreversible.

Deleting erases your account, Health ID cards, retrieved results, share links, partner grants and source authorisations, and revokes every outstanding proof. Partners holding a live grant are notified of the revocation. A minimal security audit trail (timestamps and event types, no clinical content or name) is retained for six years.
